One of our brokers received a prophetic word about his particular business niche and we witnessed a dramatic improvement in his production in the months that followed (and it was specific to the word he received, which was so encouraging for him and for us). We as a company have also moved into greater relational peace between us internally as a team which has influenced our service proposition, which ultimately affects profitability.
